Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with KosmikFlow. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our store.
1. Processing & Delivery Times
· Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
· You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24–72 hours to update after shipping.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
Typical delivery windows:
- Canada, USA, EU Shipping: 5 – 15 business days
- International Shipping: 7 – 21 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.
2. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders, including those to the European Union, are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on our website do not include local VAT, import duties, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country’s customs regulations.
These charges are mandated by the destination country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Because these costs vary significantly by country, we are unable to predict the exact amount. All such fees must be paid to the courier service at the time of delivery to release your package. Please be aware that packages may also experience delays during the customs clearance process, which is outside of our control.
3. Shipping Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when completing checkout.
We are not responsible for:
· Deliveries sent to the wrong address due to customer error
· Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
· Packages lost due to address mistakes
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Deliveries
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:
- Contact us with your order number at support@kosmikflow.ca
- We will open an inquiry with the supplier or carrier.
- Resolutions (replacement, refund, or store credit) will be provided based on the outcome of the investigation.
5. Cancellations After Ordering
Because orders are immediately forwarded to suppliers for processing:
· We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed.
· If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at support@kosmikflow.ca.
· If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
6. Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or a package is missing items:
· Contact us at support@kosmikflow.ca within 7 days of delivery.
· Provide photos and your order number for quick assistance.
7. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product availability, warehouse locations, or supplier arrangements.
You will receive separate tracking information if applicable.
